Big O Tires

Received great service from Brandon here today. Came out to a flat tire this morning, and the lug nuts were on too tightly for me to change it myself. Put air in it long enough to cruise down the street to this Big O, which I had already heard particularly good reviews about. I am grateful for the very prompt, courteous, efficient, and honest service I received from Brandon and the rest of the staff. I was particularly impressed with, and grateful for, the understanding I was shown regarding my limited financial situation. Even though I wasn't in a position to make a purchase today, I was still treated with a great deal of respect and consideration. I asked if they could help me loosen the lug nuts, but they were happy to put my spare on for me, which I appreciated. Brandon was also kind about my lack of knowledge about my vehicle, which was hugely reassuring, and I feel like this would be a very safe place for anyone who has been taken advantage of in the past to do business. So I would highly recommend this location to anyone, but especially to others like me, who may not have a lot of savvy when it comes to automotive topics. It was lovely to not feel judged or pressured to m

The Cottonwood Heights store used to always be my go-to for tires. I have purchased many sets of tires for my vehicles from them over the years and have always felt like I had been treated fairly. I took my car in today for the routine tire rotation and balance. I got a call telling me that I need a new set of tires. The tires on my vehicle were rated for 45,000 miles. I have just over 17,000 miles on them. Very disappointed that I only got 17,000 miles on the set of tires they sold me. I would think that with my history with the store and with the short life of these tires, that they would've stepped up and helped me replace my tires at a reasonable cost. I imagine that there has to be some kind of warranty on tires that only last just a third of their life. Perhaps, they can't offer the same customer service and warranty support as the larger tire stores- Discount, Costco, Sam's . . . In the past I worked the manager Nate. He, Taylor, and the crew always took good care of me. It was a fun environment. I wrote this same store a great review on Yelp 7 years ago. I couldn't do that now. Management changed and the store has changed. Time to look at other options. I know there is a

Brandon was great at communicating repair updates and costs. He helped me stay within my budget while also taking care of the repairs that needed immediate attention. The clear price breakdowns was super helpful in deciding what route to take. I've been to this Big O location several times and always received the most courteous and honest service!

I recently brought my 2004 Toyota Tacoma into Big O Tires for a diagnostic inspection and had an excellent experience working with Brandon. From the beginning, Brandon was professional, patient, and transparent. He took the time to explain the issues they found, answer my many questions, and provide detailed estimates. When I requested OEM parts pricing and additional information about the recommended repairs, he went out of his way to contact the Toyota dealer and prepare an updated quote tailored to my preferences. What impressed me most was that there was never any pressure. I decided to get a second opinion before moving forward with repairs, and Brandon was completely understanding and honored his commitment to apply the diagnostic fee toward future repairs if I decide to return. It’s refreshing to work with someone who communicates clearly, treats customers with respect, and genuinely seems interested in helping them make an informed decision. I appreciate all the time and effort Brandon put into helping me evaluate the best path forward for my truck. Thank you, Brandon, for the outstanding customer service.

Excellent service at Big O Tires. I came in for a tire replacement and alignment, and the whole process was quick, clear, and very professional. I especially want to highlight Rod Romero, who provided outstanding assistance. He was honest, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything, making sure I got the best option for my vehicle. Reliable service and great customer care. Highly recommended! 2284 East Fort Union Blvd.
